Bozeman, Montana-based CRM software provider RightNow said this morning that it will be launching RightNow CX for mobile, a toolkit which will help brands provide customer service to any mobile app. RightNow said its new software allows companies to add features to their mobile apps, including supporting interactive text chat, submitting email inquiries, searching for help in a knowledge base, and more. The firm said that the toolkit will be available in Q4; so far, the firm has implemented its software as part of an iPad app for the Boston Globe. Pricing on the offering was not announced. Oracle just announced Monday that it is acquiring RightNow.
