Frontier Scientific Buys ASDI
Logan, Utah-based Frontier Scientific Services, a provider of chemical compounds and services, said today that it has acquired the assets of ASDI, Inc., a provider of chemical services to the pharmaceutical and industrial industry. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
