Men's Wearhouse has adopted its products. RightNow said Men's Wearhouse is using its RightNow CX product. Financial details of teh win were not disclosed. The company's software is being used for managing its contact center agents and support efforts. Men's Wearhouse has a chain of 1,187 stores in North America.
