Gogo, the in-flight Wi-Fi and Internet access service run by
Aircell, has inked a deal with fashion deals site
Gilt Groupe, the two said Thursday. According to the two, they will offer exclusive, in-air sales for both men and women on all Gogo-equipped Delta, United, Virgin America, Alaska Airlines and US Airways aircraft. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The two said passengers will be given free access to the Gilt site. Gilt Groupe is a provider of "flash sales" and daily deals on fashion products. Gogo is the consumer arm of Aircell, which has major operations in Broomfield, Colorado.
