TriGeo Acquired By SolarWinds
Post Falls, Idaho-based TriGeo, a developer of event and log management software, has been acquired by IT management firm SolarWinds. SolarWinds said it will pay $35M in cash for TriGeo, to bolster its portfolio of software offerings. TriGeo was founded in 2001, and was headed by Michelle Dickman.
