Denver-based
IP Commerce, a developer of Internet payment systems and software, has raised another round of funding, according to details disclosed in a quarterly roundup of deals by Holland and Hart LLP, the firm's legal counsel. Details on the new funding have not been announced by the company. IP Commerce has previously raised funding from Appian Ventures, Iron Gate Capital, Meritage Private Equity Funds, Total Technology Ventures, and Venrock Associates. The round apparently closed on January 11th.
