CrimeReports.com Launches iPhone App
Salt Lake City-based CrimeReports.com, which allows people to see where crime is occurring in their city via a map mashup, said today that it has launched a new application for the Apple iPhone. CrimeReports said its TipSubmit Mobile app allows users to submit anonymous tips to Crime Stoppers programs, law enforcement agencies, and school safety officers. The firm said the application is integrated with its TipSoft anonymous crime tip reporting and management system.
