Numira Biosciences Buys Firm
Salt Lake City-based Numira Biosciences, a contract research organization focused on high resolution, 3D imaging services, said this morning that it has acquired the Efficacy Pharmacology operating unit of Ricera Biosciences, LLC. The firm said the acquisition would bring its a highly talented team and state-of-the-art facility in Bothell, Washington. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
