Graphic.ly Raises $2.6M
Boulder-based Graphic.ly, a developer of software for comic book publishers, has raised $2.6M as part of an ongoing, $3.3M fundraising effort, according to a regulatory filing by the firm this week. Details on the funding have not been announced by the company. Graphic.ly, which is led by Micah Baldwin, is a TechStars firm, and has previously raised funding from DFJ Mercury, Starz Media, Northstar Equity Investors, David Cohen, and other local angel investors. The firm develops software which makes it easy for comic book publishers to publish their books online; the firm recently announced a deal with Marvel to offer Marvel's comics on desktops.
