TimeShareWare Acquired By Connecticut Firm
Kaysville, Utah-based TimeShareWare, a developer of timeshare and real estate management software, has been acquired, according to acquiring firm SS&C Technologies. SS&C is based in Windsor, Connecticut. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. TimeShareWare provides its software to such companies as Marriott, Group RCI, Holiday Inn Club Vacations, Daily Management, Club La Costa, Welk Resort Group, InnSeason Resorts, Sol Melia, and Raintree Resorts. The firm's softwar eis used for managing vacation membership associations, fractional membership properties, condo-hotels, vacation rentals, and timeshare resorts.
