Ancestry.com Adds Old Sears Catalogs
The newest addition to Ancestry.com's collection of historical documents: old vintage Sears Catalogs. According to Ancestry.com, it has added every Sears catalog, published in Spring and Fall, from 1896 until 1993. Ancestry.com said the collection includes more than 250,000 pages. Ancestry.com said the availability of the catalogs would provide a "glimpse into the lives" of ancestors. Pricing on accessing the new data was not announced.
