Ancestry.com said today that it has inked a strategic alliance with
National Geographic, which will tie Ancestry.com's site into NationalGeographic.com. According to the two, National Geographic will provide a family history experience online, developed by Ancestry.com, to help visitors learn more about researching their genealogy. Business terms of the deal were not disclosed. The new features will be part of National Geographic's existing, Genographic Project Web portal.
