Ancestry.com Launches Mac Version of Family Tree Maker

, the provider of online family history and genealogy sites, said today that it has launched a new, Mac version of the firm's personal computer based Family Tree Maker software. The firm said the software--which has been available for PC for 20 years--has been one of the long requested features from its customers. The firm said the new Mac version also integrates and ties into Ancestry.com, including importing and merging historical records and information from the online site. The new software is available for $69.99.
