Foundry Group, the venture capital firm run by Brad Feld, Seth Levine, Jason Mendelson, and Ryan McIntrye, said today that it has closed on its second fund, Foundry Venture Capital 2010, L.P. The firm said the fund has $225M in limited partner commitments. No details on LPs have been announced by Foundry. Foundry said that it will continue to invest in seed and early stage investments in the software and IT space, across the United States. The new fund is the same size as the firm's prior fund, which was also $225M.
