TriZetto Buys Tela Sourcing
Greenwood Village-based The TriZetto Group, a developer of information technology for the healthcare industry, announced this morning that it has acquired all of the voting stock of Tela Sourcing, a Baltimore provider of business process outsourcing (BPO) services. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Tela Sourcing provides both outsourcing in the U.S. as well as India to the healthcare industry. TriZetto said the acquisition would help it add scale, scope, and efficiency to its BPO capabilities. TriZetto also said it would add Brij Sharma, the CEO of Tela Sourcing, to the firm to lead the combined BPO operations of the firms. The buy brings the total number of outsourcing professionals at the firm to 700.
