Raser Technologies Announces Win With Utility
Provo, Utah-based Raser Technologies, a developer of clean technology products and projects, said today that the firm has been selected by Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E). The firm said that PG&E will take deliver of its extended range electric fleet trucks, which it says are designed to provide an average of 100 miles per gallon. Raser said that PG&E will take deliver of two of its electric pick ups sometime this year. Raser did not detail the size of the win, or how many other vehicles it expects PG&E to purchase. Raser both develops renewable energy power plants as well as hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
