Trada, which operates an online marketplace for paid search agencies and experts, said today that it has raised $5.75M in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Google Ventures, and also included prior investor Foundry Group. According to Trada, the funding will go towards expanding its marketplace internationally, and diversify into online diplay advertising. Trada operates a marketplace which helps businesses and advertising agencies to run paid search campaigns on Google, Yahoo, and Bing. The firm said it is targeted at businesses and agencies spending between $5,000 and $50,000 a month. The firm was founded by Niel Robertson. As part of the investment, Rich Miner of Google Ventures takes a seat on the board.
