Zog Media Sells Off ZooLoo.com
Scottsdale, Arizona-based Zog Media, a digital marketing firm, said this morning that it has sold of its site ZooLoo.com to a group of private investors. Financial terms of the deal, and investors, were not disclosed. ZooLoo.com is an online site for managing and sharing social media. Both Zog Media and ZooLoo were founded by Jeff Herzog, who was founder of iCrossing. Herzog sold iCrossing to Hearst Corporation for more than $325M.
