Overstock.com Upgrades Customer Rewards Effort
Salt Lake City-based ecommerce provider
Overstock.com
said Thursday that it has made what it calls major upgrades to its customer rewards program. According to the firm, it is now offering five percent in "reward dollars" to be used for future purchases, will allow users to combine those dollars with coupon offers, and will offer free shipping for orders over $25 when they are only made up of books, media, movies, and games. The firm said it made the changes on request of its members, who pay $19.95 each year for membership.
