COMPLETE XRM Buys Rights To Franklin Covey's PlanPlus Products
Salt Lake City-based Franklin Covey Co. is selling the rights to the firm's PlanPlus product line to COMPLETE XRM, the company said today. Franklin Covey, which developed its PlanPlus products in a partnership with COMPLETE XRM, did not disclose financial terms of the sale, but did say it will receive royalties from sales of the products by COMPLETE XRM. As part of the deal, COMPLETE XRM will continue to have rights to distribute the products through Franklin Covey Products' retail stores, call center, and web site. PlanPlus is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool which integrates Franklin Covey's various planning methods.
