OneRiot is announcing this morning that it is exiting beta, and has launched a new Trending Topics Engine which surfaces real-time, trending topics from Twitter, news sites, and other social sites. According to the firm, the new Trending Topics Engine uses its PulseRank technology and realtime search index to surface the latest topics being discussed on such sites as Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, Digg, and elsewhere. The firm said the new Trending Topics Engine detects breaking stories and emerging trends faster than anyone else.
