Zayo Group, the bandwidth and network provider run by Dan Caruso, said late Wednesday that it has reached a definitive agreement to purchase
AGL Networks, a provider of fiber services in Georgia, Arizona, and North Carolina. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Zayo said it gains more than 795 route miles and 182,000 fiber miles in the acquisition.
