Biomerics Acquires Fruition Design
Salt Lake City-based Biomerics, a firm which provides polymer and plastic components, injection molding, and other services for medical device firms, said this week that it has acquired Fruition Design, a Bountiful, Utah provider of design services. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Biomerics said that Fruition Design co-founder Mark Adams has joined the company as Director of Engineering. Both firms serve the medical devices market.
