Salt Lake City-based ContentWatch is adding former Altiris CEO Greg Butterfield, and Control4 President and COO Glen Mella to its board of directors, the firm is announcing today. ContentWatch develops parental control and Internet filtering tools. Butterfield is currently managing partner at SageCreek Partners, which provides advice and guidance to Internet companies. Butterfield was involved in the recent sale of Omniture to Adobe Systems, and as CEO at Altiris took it public and brokered its sale to Symantec. In addition to his role at Control4, Mella served at WordPerfect/Novell, TenFold, and Found Inc., among others.
