Oracle said Tuesday that it is buying Westminster, Colorado-based
Silver Creek Systems, a developer of data integration and quality products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Oracle, the buy is expected to bolster its Product Information Management Data Hub, Agile Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Management and Enterprise Resource Planning offerings. Silver Creek Systems was venture backed by BV Group, Cornerstone Ventures, KB Partners and Palomar Ventures.
