Critigen Spins Out Of CH2M Hill
Denver-based Critigen, a new company providing technology consulting services, said today that it has spun out of CH2M Hill's engineering business. According to Critigen it will serve both public and private sector clients, including government, state, local, large engineering firms and financial institutions. The new firm said it comes out of CH2M Hill's $6.4 billion engineering business, and is being backed by Gold Gate Capital. Size of the new firm, and amount of investment by Golden Gate Capital was not announced.
