MD-IT Acquires Pikes Peak Transco
Boulder-based MD-IT, a provider of medical documentation services and software to physicians, said Friday that it has acquired Colorado Springs-based Pikes Peak Transco, Inc.. Financial details on the acquisition were not disclosed. Transco co-owner Charlene Brown joins MD-IT as a Managing Director at the firm.
