WildCharge, Pure Energy In Operating Agreement
Boulder, Colorado-based WildCharge reports that the firm is in a deal with Pure Energy Visions Corporation, where the two will jointly develop, market, and sell WildCharge's battery charging technology. The firm said that the deal is expected to eventually result in WildCharge acquiring Pure Energy's battery and battery related products, including its agreements, manufacturing plant, equipment, and intellectual property, making Pure Energy a 50% owner in the firm. Financial details of the business arrangement were not disclosed. The two companies said they hope to complete the acquisition by January 31st of 2010. The two said in May that they were in merger talks. Pure Energy is based in Canada.
