Informatix Laboratories Acquired By Florida Firm
Informatix Laboratories, a healthcare management and billing services provider headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, has been acquired by a Florida-based competitor, the purchaser announced Monday. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. According to Document Storage Systems Inc., the acquisition will allow DSS to integrate its VistA-based solutions with ILC's Patient Account Management System, which DSS said is the primary revenue cycle application for the Indian Health Service and Tribal Health Center's Resource and Patient Management System. DSS is based in Juno Beach, Florida.
