Limelight Hires EMEA VP
Video content delivery network Limelight Networks reported Thursday that George Fraser has come aboard as vice president of the company's operations in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. The Tempe, Ariz.-based company said Fraser will supervise its sales operations and business development strategies for its London, Paris, Frankfurt and Singapore offices. Prior to joining Limelight, the company noted, Fraser was senior vice president of global sales for Motricity. Before that, Limelight continued, he was managing director and vice president of Infospace's European operations. He has also held general manager and executive positions for RealNetworks, Eyretel, Worldcom, British Telecom and Xerox, Limelight said.
