Greenwood Village, Colorado-based Secure64 Software revealed this morning that telecommunications heavyweight Qwest Communications Inc. is deploying Secure64 Domain Name System applications to beef up security of its Internet infrastructure. The financial impact of Secure64's customer win was not disclosed. Secure64 said Qwest is currently implementing its DNS Signer and DNS Authority products, which help translate host names to Internet protocol addresses and vice versa.
