DocuTech, a publisher of document compliance software for the mortgage industry, reported Monday that it has opened an office in Portland, Ore. The company also announced that it has promoted Scott K. Stucky to chief operating officer. Stucky, DocuTech noted, had previously served as its executive vice president of sales. DocuTech explained that the new Portland facility will oversee development of its three flagship products: ConformX, Fulfillment Center and HCL/PredCheck. Phil Mikolaj, DocuTech’s chief technology officer, will run the office, the company said. DocuTech was founded in 1991.
