MapQuest, the online mapping site owned by AOL, said today that the firm has re-launched and enhanced the firm's "Business Locator" feature on the site. According to MapQuest, the re-launched search tool allows users to find retail locations on their maps, including movie theaters, restaurants, gas stations, and other businesses, in addition to providing advertising opportunities for advertisers. According to MapQuest, the new feature will both allow users to find "locations of interest" but also allow premium advertisers with a way to promote their brands.
