Boulder, Colorado-based Lijit Networks, a developer of web search widgets for blogs, said this morning that it has launched a new effort to aggregate RSS feeds. Lijit said it is looking to replicate the once popular FeedBurner Network, which allowed bloggers to aggregate their content together with other similar bloggers. According to Lijit Networks, its new Lijit Content Networks effort allows many individual sites to aggregate their content via RSS feeds. The firm said it has created three networks -- a Security Bloggers Network, Venture Capital Bloggers Networks, and Cycling Bloggers Network -- focused across different verticals.
