CIBER Completes Indian Acquisition
CIBER Inc., a provider of system integration consulting and outsourcing, announced Monday that it has finalized its acquisition of Iteamic Private Ltd., a Bangalore, India-based firm that specializes in developing software applications for overseas clients. Financial terms of the deal, which was originally reported on Sept. 22, were not disclosed. Founded in 1974 and headquartered in Greenwood Village, Colo., CIBER maintains 60 locations throughout the United States, 25 in Europe and seven across the Asia-Pacific region. With the addition of Iteamic's 200 employees, CIBER said it now employs some 500 people in the technology hub of Bangalore.
