FIREapps Ignites $8.75M
Scottsdale, Arizona-based FIREapps, a provider of foreign exchange management software, said today that it has raised $8.75M in a funding round. The round came from Trilogy Equity Partners and return investor Ignition Partners, who invested $7.5M, plus a loan facility from Silicon Valley Bank. FIREapps said that Trilogy's Charles Stonecipher has joined the board of directors of Rim-Tech, FIREapps parent company. Ignition's John Connors already sits on the board. FIREapps software helps companies manage their foreign exchange process.
