Phoenix Gets New Data Center
Scottsdale, Arizona-based i/o Data Centers announced Thursday that the firm has acquired a 530,000 square foot facility on a 31-acre campus for a new data center. According to i/o Data Centers, it plans to have the the industrial facility converted into a data center by June 1. The firm said it would also relocate its corporate headquarters to the facility. i/o Data Centers said the space will be in addition to a 125,000 square foot facility the company currently operates in Scottsdale. i/o Data Centers is venture backed by $56M in funding from Sterling Partners.
