Infopia, a publisher of hosted e-commerce software applications, reported Wednesday that it has hired Coleman Barney as president and chief executive officer. Barney, Infopia said, succeeds Bjorn Espenes, who will retain his seat on the Salt Lake City, Utah-based company's board. Prior to joining Infopia, the company noted, Coleman enjoyed stints as president and CEO of two software firms--Cogito and Optura. He also co-founded SBI Razorfish and helped it grow from a startup consulting firm to a key industry player that generated $140 million in annual revenue prior to being sold to aQuantive in 2004.
