ISYS Search Software Inc. reported Monday that Scott Coles has joined the Englewood, Colo.-based firm as chief executive officer. Former CEO and founder Ian Davies will remain board chairman, the company said. ISYS said Coles possesses an extensive international commercialization background, having held senior leadership roles with EDS, Lucent Technologies and Avaya. Additionally, he helped establish and manage AT&T Bell Labs in Australia, ISYS said. Founded in 1998, ISYS develops information access and business intelligence applications for the legal, law enforcement, financial services, health care and government sectors. The company maintains offices in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.
