Salt Lake City, Utah-based inthinc reported Monday that Melissa S. Rosato has joined the company as vice president of business development. The manufacturer of driving safety devices said Rosato hails from Sprint Nextel, where she served as director of business development for that company’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series sponsorship. In this role, inthinc said, she worked to grow business opportunities with corporate sponsors, tracks and teams within the NASCAR community. Before Sprint Nextel, she was a global account manager with Metromedia Fiber Network. She has also served as a regional sales manager for KMC Telecommunications, inthinc noted.
