Denver-based IT consulting firm Global Technology Resources Inc. announced Monday that it has acquired Anyware Network Solutions Inc. of Englewood, Colo., a provider of wireless networking integration services for the Rocky Mountain region. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. GTRI said the acquisition will augment its wireless networking offerings—Anyware has designed and implemented local- and wide-area networks and wireless broadband networks since its founding. GTRI noted that Charlie Franco, formerly Anyware's vice president of sales, will serve as head of the combined company's wireless services business. Franco's primary responsibility, GTRI said, will be the integration of teams, services and capabilities in a bid to help the company gain access to new revenue from current and potential customers across the country.
