Insight Enterprises Inc., a provider of information technology hardware, software and services to private and public companies, announced Thursday that it has purchased MINX Ltd., a U.K.-based European Network integrator with Cisco Gold Partner accreditation. Insight said the initial cash purchase is for some $1.5 million, plus the assumption of about $4.6 million in existing MINX debt. Insight added that it could pay up to $700,000 more if MINX achieves certain performance criteria over a one-year span. Founded in 2002 and headquartered in Elstree, Hertfordshire, England, MINX is a provider of business-to-business network technology and boasts net sales of approximately $26 million. Insight Enteprises is based in Tempe, Ariz.
