Allegiance Inc., a publisher of customer loyalty and feedback applications, revealed Tuesday that it has won several new accounts for its Engage platform. The financial impact of the new business was not disclosed. Allegiance said the recently acquired customers include Emeritus Assisted Living, Life Time Fitness and Commerce Bank. The Engage platform, Allegiance explained, helps those companies manage feedback, employ predictive analytics and develop action plans to improve employee and customer loyalty. Allegiance added that it has gained 145 new accounts since January. Allegiance is a privately owned company headquartered in the Salt Lake City, Utah, suburb of South Jordan.
