Salt Lake City-based FranklinCovey, a maker of productivity tools and personal planners, and The SCO Group, which develops UNIX software, said this morning that the two are in a strategic relationship. The firms said that FranklinCovey will market, sell, and distribute mobile planning tools developed by Me Inc., which is a subsidiary of The SCO Group. Me Inc.'s products allows users to coordinate schedules, set appointments, and manage tasks from smart phones or PC clients. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
