Indicative Software Acquired By Silicon Valley Firm
Fort Collins, Colorado-based Indicative Software, a developer of software for application performance monitoring, has been acquired by Silicon Valley-based firm Nimsoft. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Indicative Software, which was venture backed by Sequel Venture Partners, Sutter Hill Ventures, Vista Ventures, and WW Ventures, had raised over $12M in venture funding since 2004. Nimsoft develop IT performance and availability monitoring software.
