Denver-based Intermap Technologies said Tuesday that it has signed an agreement with ESRI, which develops Geographical Information System (GIS) software, to provide 3D digital elevation models to ESRI customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. According to Intermap, its high resolution digital terrain models, digital surface models, and orthorectified radar images are being made available to ESRI's customers and solution providers. Both companies' products are used for mapping, surveying, and other applications.
