Celio Corp., a developer of software for mobile phones, reported Tuesday that it has appointed a pair of former Intel Corp. executives to its board of directors. Celio said Mark Christensen, who spent 23 years with the semiconductor manufacturer, will step in as chairman of the board, while entrepreneur and six-year Intel veteran Sam Arditi will serve as a director. Before leaving Intel, Christensen was corporate vice president and director of communications sectors for Intel Capital. Arditi served as vice president and general manager of Intel's Cellular and Handheld Group. Earlier in his career, he helped found CTP Systems and ComBox. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, Celio Technology Corp. is backed by vSpring Capital, an early stage venture capital firm.
