LifeLock, a provider of personal data security services, announced Wednesday that Willis Group Holdings, a global insurance broker, has chosen LifeLock to protect sensitive employee information. The financial impact of the service agreement was not disclosed. As part of its protection coverage for Willis Group's 3,500 U.S.-based personnel, LifeLock said it will remove their names from pre-approved credit card offers and junk mail lists. The Tempe, Ariz.-based business also said it will set and automatically renew fraud alerts with the major credit bureaus. LifeLock is venture backed by Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Bessemer Venture Partners and Biltmore Ventures.
