Wavelink Partners With Nuance
Salt Lake City, Utah-based Wavelink Corp., a developer of multi-vendor mobile application and infrastructure-management software, reported yesterday that it has signed a distribution agreement with Nuance Communications Inc., a supplier of speech and imaging solutions. According to Wavelink, the companies will work together to develop speech-enabled solutions for mobile businesses. Wavelink said it has already launched a Nuance technology-powered, voice-enabled emulation service called Speakeasy for its terminal emulation and industrial browser applications.
