Quark Enhances Adobe Support
Denver, Colorado-based desktop publishing software developer Quark Inc. revealed Monday that the company's portfolio of prepress and imposition tools, the Quark Print Collection, now supports QuarkXPress 7 and Adobe Acrobat 8. According to Quark, the Quark Print Collection was designed as a standalone set of prepress and imposition tools that offer publishers and output providers the ability to impose native QuarkXPress layouts or PDF files in a fast, simple and accurate manner. The software, which retails for $299, is an add-on to the firm's popular QuarkXPress product, which is used for page layout and design.
